Cancellation Policy
A fee of $50 will be due for all cancelled or rescheduled appointments. Clients that repeatedly cancel or reschedule may be released from the ability to schedule future appointments. All customers and clients regardless of the type have 2 days or 48 hours to report any quality issues with services rendered. The terms and conditions of the Client Service Agreement are applicable through all offerings including but not limited to its services, subscriptions plans, products, and promotions.
